Steps to make a paddle for a drill mixer

1. First draft

4. Welding or connecting to the column

After joining, grind the edges and welds with a grinding wheel or polishing machine to remove any sharp and hazardous surfaces. This also helps reduce fluid resistance.

6. Paints and varnishes

To extend the life of the blade, it is usually coated with anti-corrosive paint or a layer of zinc to prevent the blade from rusting and corroding due to contact with water and chemicals.

7. Final exam

Finally, the finished saw blade is     mounted on the drill press and tested under safe conditions     . Factors such as blade balance, potential vibration, degree of movement, and motor voltage are taken into account during testing.
